In addition, Assistant Chief of Police Raymond Martinez of the City of Miami Police Department will
be retiring from the City of Miami and will be appointed as an Assistant Chief of Police in our Police
Department.
A promotional ceremony will be held on Friday, October 5, 2001, at 6:00PM in the City Commission
Chambers and we would be pleased if each of you could join us in this celebration.
