suslecr: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 37-08109 for the
Purchase and Implementation of an Enterprise Building Development Service System.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals
(RFP) No. 37-08109 and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation Committee.
Pursuant to LTC No. 203-2009, the following individuals were appointed to the Evaluation
Committee:
• Trish Walker, Director, Finance Department
• Sonia Machen, Fire Marshall, Fire Department
• Gregory Tindle, Director, Code Compliance Department
• Alex Rey, Director, Building Director
• Richard Lorber, Planning and Zoning Manager, Planning Department
• Mahli Lee, Business Owner, Pronto Permits
• Isaac Hernandez, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
Mr. Hernandez is unable to serve as an Evaluation Committee Member, and I am therefore,
considering appointing Ms. Marcella Paz Cohen, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate, as
his replacement.
Mr. Tindle, in exercising an abundance of caution relative to what may be a "perceived" conflict, has
recused himself from serving as an Evaluation Committee member. I am therefore considering
appointing Ms. Barbara Hawayek, Customer Service Manager, Code Compliance, as his
replacement.
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
