This Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform you that Global Spectrum will be having their
corporate Annual Meeting and Expo at the Miami Beach Convention Censer from September
15 - 17, 2009.
On Tuesday, September 15. 2009, Global Spectrum will be hosting a reception and dinner.
You are each invited to attend the reception and dinner. The reception starts at 6:45pm
outside Ballroom A on the 2nd Level. The dinner, with an award ceremony and
entertainment. immediately follows the reception at 6:45pm.
