SuaJECT: Pool Schedules
As you may recall, as part of our budget modifications to the fiscal year 08/09 budget, the
City Commission approved the closure of the Flamingo, Normandy Isle and Scott Rakow
Youth Center Pools one day each week for a four (4) month period beginning November 1,
2009 and ending on February 28, 2010. The recently-approved 2009/10 Budget includes a
similar closure schedule.
For your information, below please find the Pool Closure Schedule for the winter
season.
Flamingo Park Pool will be CLOSED on TUESDAYS
Normandy Isle Park Pool will be CLOSED on WEDNESDAYS
Scott Rakow Youth Center Pool will be CLOSED on SATURDAYS
The pools will remain open all other days on their regular schedule. Full operations on all
three pools will resume on March 1, 2010.
