Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 03-09110 for the
Preparation of a New Citywide Comprehensive Stormwater Management Master Plan in
the City of Miami Beach to Supersede the Existing Comprehensive Stormwater
Management Master Plan
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 03-09110, which seeks to establish an agreement with a reputable Finn(s)
to prepare a new Citywide comprehensive Stormwater management master plan.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFQ:
Charles CarreRo -Director, CIP
Drew Chester -Resident and President of Gold's Gym
Christina Cuervo -Resident and Capital Improvement Projects Oversight Committee Member
Ricardo Guzman -Senior Planner, Planning Department
Fernando Vazquez -City Engineer, Public Works
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by December 9, 2009.
