Bay, designated Island Plumber 3 of the Venetian Islands of the
Bay Biscayne Improvement Company, situated in Section 32, Township
53 South, Range 42 East, and lying 3,800 feet west of the west sea-
wall of Belle Isle as prepared for ~recordi ng i n the Dade County
Court. House is hereby approved.
