Subject Community Design Workshop for Lincoln Park
The purpose of this Letter to Commission Is to Inform you of an upcoming public meeting
for the Community Design Workshop (CDW) on January 21, 2010 at the Community
Church on Lincoln Road, at 1620 Drexel Ave. The purpose of the CDW is to present to
the public the preliminary design concept of the proposed Lincoln Park located between
Washington Avenue and Drexel Avenue on the South side of 1T" street.
If you would like to preview the design drawings, Assistant City Manager Jorge Gomez is
a vailable to schedule one -omone meetings with each of you to present the design
concepts either in anticipation of the CDW meeting or afterwares at your convenience.
Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information regarding
the above matter.
