ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FACILITY
PROJECT.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 10-09/10, For Planning, Design, Bid, Award and Construction
Administration Services for the Property Management Facility Project.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve in the Evaluation Committee on
the above subject RFQ:
• Mario Gonzalez-Pola, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, CIP;
~ John Toledo, Interim Director, Property Management;
• Thomas Mooney, Design & Preservation Manager, Planning Department;
• Ratree Miros, Engineer/Teacher, Leadership Graduate; and
• Mark Craven, Sales, Leadership Graduate.
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by February 10, 2010.
