SUBJECT: Miami Beach Leadership Acade -Alumni Recognition Event
The purpose of this LTC is to inform you that the City of Miami Beach Leadership Academy
will be holding a special recognition and networking event in honor of the achievements of
our alumni, namely those who have shown their commitment to our community by
participating in the elections process as candidates.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 3, 2010, from 6-8 pm at Balans,1022 Lincoln
Road.
Sherry Roberts, Gabrielle Redfern, Frank Kruszewski, Elsa Urquiza, and Barbara Montero
will receive recognition for their candidacy in recent elections, with Commissioner Jorge
Exposito as the guest on honor, for being the first alumni elected to office.
