SUBJECT: Information regarding Police Chief - arch/April 2010
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to advise you that effective Wednesday,
March 17, 2010 Chief Carlos Noriega will be on leave for personal reasons and is expected to
return on or before April 12, 2010.
Assistant Chief Ray Martinez will be Acting Police Chief during this time period.
