sua~ECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 15-09/10 for
Underwriter Services for aFive-Year Period.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals
(RFP) No. 15-09/10, for Underwriter Services for a Five Year Period (the "RFP").
In response to the RFP, we received 17 proposals. I am considering appointing the following
individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee for the RFP:
Isaac Hernandez, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
• Larry Herrup, CPA and Budget Advisory Committee Member
• Georgina Echert, Assistant Finance Director
• Laura Franco-Rubines, Assistant Internal Auditor
• Ninette Denise Uzan-Nemitz, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by Friday, April 2, 2010.
