NO. 05- 08/09, FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF CONCESSION
STANDS AND BEACHFRONT CONCESSIONS, LOCATED EAST OF COLLINS
AVENUE AT BOTH 21ST STREET AND 46T" STREET.
The purpose of this LTC is to replace LTC No. 100-2010, relative to the Evaluation Committee
for the above subject RFP. Please note that the only revision is the reference to "Selection"
Committee being replaced with "Evaluation" Committee for the Management and Operation of
Concession Stands and Beachfront Concessions, located east of Collins Avenue at both 21St
Street and 46th Street.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above subject RFP:
• Jennifer Massolo, Miami Beach Resident, Leadership Academy
• Ana Cordero, Miami Beach Resident, and Waterfront Protection Committee (Chair)
• Robert Reboso, Asset Management
• Ray Breslin, Miami Beach Resident and Collins Park Neighborhood Association
• John Oldenburg, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation
• Amani Ayers, Miami Beach Resident, Leadership Academy
• Henry Castillo, Miami Beach Resident, Leadership Academy
