A.RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-14071
BEING A RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL AD HOC
BLUE RIBBON RENT CONTROL COMMISSION.
~BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Resolution
No. 73-14071 reading as follows:
"The first order of business of the Commission
shall be the selection of an-attorney-at-law
possessing special skills, qualifications and
experience in rent control law to aid, advise,
assist and counsel the Commission in the
achievement of the objective and g.~urpose of
said Commission. Such appointment shall be
subject to the. approval of the City Council
and. such appointee shall be entitled to and
receive such ,compensation as shall be deter-
mined by the City Council."
shall be and the same is hereby amended to .read as follows:
"The City Council shall appoint an attorney-at-
law possessing special skills, .qualifications
and experience in rent control law to~aid,
advise, assist anal counsel the Commission in
the achievement of the objective and purpose
of said Commission. Such appointee shall be
entitled to and 'receive such compensation as
shall be determined by the City Council."
