A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
FOR OFFICE SPACE IN ONE LINCOLN ROAD~BUILDING
FOR REi~TT CONTROL OFFICE. OF THE CITY OF' MIAM_ I
BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of~ Miami Beach;
Florida, desires to lease office space in the One Lincoln Road
. - .. , ..
Building; Miami Beach,- Florida, for the administration and
operation~of the Rent Control Office of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and
WHEREAS., an appropriate lease has been..prepared, which
.has been approved. as to form by the City Attorney, a copy. of
which is attached hereto and~made a part .hereof, the terms of
which. are familiar to the City Council,-and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended to the City
.Council that said lease. be entered into,~and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the. City of Miami. Beach..
deems it in the.best interest of the City and its residents
that said lease be executed and delivered;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT DULY~RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF .MIAMI BEACH, ,FLORIDA, that the Mayor- and the City
Clerk be and they .are. hereby authori,zed,an.d directed~to~execute
and deliver said lease, at.a monthly rental of~Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.
0®) , in the terms set. forth therein, for. and o.n.
behalf ~ of the City of l~l~am, Beach, and the disk~ursing officers
of the City, are hereby authorized and directed to disburse the
. monies ~ required by the terms of said lease from funds of the City
