' 'WHEREAS; pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Miami Beach City Charter the City Commission
' shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by ordinance or resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2009 27289 established fhe Commission meeting dates forthe
year 2010; and
' ~ , 'WHEREAS, the Administration requested to change the Regular City Commission .meeting
on-October 20, 2010 to October 27, 2010; and '
WHEREAS, change the Regular City Commission Meeting on November 10, 2010 to
No'vemb'er'1'7, 2010; and
WHEREAS, make the alternate City Commission. meeting oh .November 10, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION

the amended date for the month of October 2010 from October 20 to October27, and for the month.
of,November.2010frnm November 7 0 to November 17; and make the November 10 the Alternate
