RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE
MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (RDA), AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0.567-2009, SETTING THE DATES FOR THE YEAR
2010 RDA MEETINGS; AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN THE RDA
MEETING IN OCTOBER 2010, FROM THE SCHEDULED MEETING
DATE OF OCTOBER 20 TO OCTOBER 27; AND FURTHER
AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN THE RDA MEETING IN NOVEMBER
2010, FROM THE SCHEDULED MEETING DATE OF NOVEMBER 10
TO NOVEMBER 17, AND MAKING NOVEMBER 10 THE ALTERNATE
MEETING.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 567-2009 established the RDA meeting dates forthe year2010;
and
WHEREAS, the Administration requested to change the Regular RDA meeting on October
20, 2010 to October 27, 2010; and.
WHEREAS, change the Regular RDA Meeting on November 10, 2010 to November 17, 2010;
and
WHEREAS, make the alternate RDA meeting on November 10, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS
OF THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (RDA),OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that the Chairperson and Members of the RDA hereby approve the amended date for the
month of October 2010 from October 20 to October 27, and for the month of November 2010 from
November 10 to November 17, and make the November 10 the Alternate Meeting.

RDA Meetin dates.
Item Summa /Recommendation:
The Redevelopment Agency shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by resolution.
The Administration .is requesting to change the Regular RDA meeting on October 20, 2010 to October
27, 2010, and change the Regular RDA Meeting on November 10, 2010 to November 17, 2010 and
making the alternate RDA meeting on November 10, 2010. The Office Manager in the Office. of the
Mayor and City Commission polled each Commission office and there was no objection.
It is recommended that the Chairperson and Members of the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency
approve the request.

SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION OF THE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI
BEACH. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (RDA), AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
567-2009, SETTING THE DATES FOR THE YEAR 2010 RDA MEETINGS;
AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN THE RDA MEETING IN OCTOBER 2010, FROM

ANALYSIS
The Redevelopment Agency shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by resolution.
