Marvin Silverman discussion regarding amending the City's ordinance to require posting of rates

The below motion was passed:
The Transportation and Parking Committee recommends for City to amend
ordinance to require public and private garages and parking lots to post rates at
street level, so that vehicles can see rates before having to pull into garage.
As an Advisory Committee, we sincerely ask that consideration be given to the
above motion.
