09/10 TO AWARD A CONCESSION AGREEMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND
OPERATION OF A CONCESSION FACILITY WITHIN THE STRUCTURE
COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE "PAVILION BUILDING," LOCATED IN
SOUTH POINTE PARK.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals
(RFP) No. 34-09/10, to award a concession agreement for the .management and operation of a
concession facility within the structure commonly referred to as the "Pavilion Building," located
in South Pointe .Park.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above subject RFP:
• Aaron Swimmer, Miami Beach Resident, Leadership Academy
• Clotilde Luce, Miami Beach Resident, Leadership Academy
• Gary Farmer, Cultural Affairs Program Manager, Cultural Arts
• John Oldenburg, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation
• Jim Nourse, Food and Beverage Manager, Miami Beach Golf Course
• Manny Marquez Jr., Revenue Manager, Finance
