The purpose of this LTC is to cordially invite you to attend the City of Miami of Beach Parks
and Recreation Departments newest theatrical piece, "The Freak Show". Brought to life by
teens/actors that attend The City of Miami Beach's Teen Club, this play will premiere at the
Colony Theatre (1040 Lincoln Road) on Saturday; October 16, 2010. Doors open at 7:30 pm.
.The Freak Show consists of many different skits, dance routines and live music that, while
evoking laughter, touch on subjects such as racism, self-consciousness and death. This scary
Halloween play places circus characters in everyday life situations, making this our most
unique performance ever.
We would be pleased to have you join The Miami Beach Players, who have recently received.
the National Dorothy Mullen Award for Arts & Humanities as they try to raise the bar even
higher with their new seasonal depiction of "The Freak Show". As the show is open seating
