The purpose of this LTC is to uptlate the. Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals
(REP) No. 49-09/10, for Benefit Consultant Services to provide assistance in determining the
City's Employee Benefits Program.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above subject REP:
