A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI .BEACH,.
,,, FLORIDA, OPPOSING THE EXPENDITURE OF
-ANY PUBLIC FUNDS FOR RENOVATIONS TO
DOLPHIN STADIUM.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach wish to
state their opposition to the expenditure of any public funds for any renovations to
Dolphin Stadium, including, but not limited. to, the construction of an enclosed football
stadium; and
WHEREAS, any renovations to Dolphin Stadium should be funded solely from
private sources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the use of any public
funding for renovations to Dolphin Stadium. is hereby opposed, and that any renovations
to Dolphin Stadium should be funded solely from private sources.
