following the' City Commission Workshop regarding "Overview of CMB Formal Competitive
Bidding. Processes ", members of the City Clerk's..office met in December with the Commission
Aides to review. the 'Boar.d.and Committee Report and the appointment process.. -
In order to assist in the.appointment process, at the Com mission Retreat held on January 1 and
12, 2008, the City Commission requested nominations be sent to the City Clerk who would
compile and transmit the list to the City Commission via email. If this is helpful - to the City
Commission; th City Clerk's office will again provide this service.
