Dear Mr. Parcher:
Enclosed please find the lobbyist registration form previously submitted without the
principal's signature being notarized. It has now been notarized. Also enclosed is our check
for full registration fees of $850.00.
As you know, I had a discussion with your staff regarding paragraph III, City
Agencies /Individuals To Be Lobbied on page 1 of the registration form, and the chart
underneath paragraph III. In my professional judgment, to fill anything out in that chart
other than "None" would be a misleading misrepresentation. Paragraph III specifically deals
with appearances of impropriety, conflict, etc.
In the spirit of responding to the question posed by your staff, I represent to you that I have
no conflicts, etc., but I do intend to be lobbying the City Manager and the City Commission.
Anything filled out in the chart under paragraph 111 would just be a misrepresentation.

form.

Usually part (A) is for listing the individuals to be lobbied and part (B) can be left blank or checked "none" if not
applicable.
He is an attorney and interprets Section III as disclosing a financial relationship which he will not do. He said that
the title CITYAGENCIES /INDIVIDUALS TO BE LOBBIED is not what this paragraphs says. He will send a 1
separate letter disclosing the people he will be lobbying.
