A preliminary survey of the surplus installation reveals the existence of surplus cottages which are considered especially desirable for special medical cases and can be readily adapted to the use of resident physicians, nurses and interns. It is proposed by the City of Miami Beach, Florida that if this property is acquired the structures and personalty will be used In place and will not be removed from the installation. It is the Opinion of the Hospital Commisrioner and the Miami Beach medical author- hies that this installation is admirably suited for the operation of a general Y m Hospital.
