Resident Project Representative Services for Right -of -way *Improvements to
neighborhood No. 8 Central Bayshore (Package A), Lower Bay Road (Package B), and

The purpose of this -LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 42- 09/10. In response to the RFQ, the City is scheduled to receive
proposals to be reviewed for responsiveness to the RFQ requirements on April 15, 2011.

am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFQ:

• Janette Fernandez- Arencibia, Capital Projects Coordinator, CIP
• Max Berney, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
Michael Alvarez, Director, Infrastructure Division, Public Works
• Muayad Abbas, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
