SUBJECT: Seniors' Bingo Night Invitation
The purpose of this letter to commission is to invite you to attend and participate in the upcoming
Seniors' Bingo Night. This event, hosted by the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach
Convention Center managed by Global Spectrum, will take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, from
5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Convention Center, Hall D Ballroom 1901 Convention Center Drive.
Miami Beach Seniors will play bingo, meet new friends and have the opportunity to win prizes.
Additionally, complimentary combo meals will be served which will include the choice of a Hot Dog
or Hamburger, plus chips, cookie and a soft drink.
You are invited to join in the fun and take part in the event by being a "special guest" announcer
calling out the numbers for the bingo game. In addition, you can meet and mingle with the
participants and even assist the Miami Beach Teen Club serve food and refreshments if you wish.
Bingo Night is one of many free events offered throughout the year for our senior residents.
Events like these bring seniors from our Miami Beach community together for evenings of fun and
entertainment.
