provided with an update and statistical information on the City's Bike Sharing
Program-with Deco Bike. The committee would like to share this information
with your
• There are approximately 11,500 bike rentals per week
• 57% of riders have a 305 or 786 area code
• 58% are male
• The average bike rental is 21 minutes — leads us to believe riders are
using Deco Bike to go to specific destination
• Presently there are approximately 500 bicycles in use
• . Requests made by residents to have rental stations- closer to them
