Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 21 -10/11 for a
Construction Manager at Risk Firm to Provide Pre- Construction Services and
Construction Phase Services via a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Property
Management Facility
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and, City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 21- 10/11, which seeks to establish an agreement with a reputable firm(s)
for a construction manager at risk firm to provide pre- construction services and construction phase
services via a guaranteed maximum price for the property management facility.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFQ:
• William Cary., Assistant Director, Planning Department
• Elizabeth Camargo - Capital Improvements Projects Oversight Committee Member
Jason Hagopian — Design Review Board Member
• Duane Knecht — Director, Property Management Division
• Thais Vieira — Capital Coordinator, Capital Improvements Project Office
am also considering as alternates Christina Cuervo, Capital Improvements Project Oversight
Committee Member, Thomas DeLuca, Design Review Board Member, Grace Escalante, Capital
Improvements Project Office, Sherry Roberts, Board of Adjustment Member, and Daniel Veitia,
Planning Board Member.
