SUBJECT: Loco Luau
The purpose of this Letter To Commission is to invite you to attend and participate in the
upcoming Loco Luau. This event, hosted by the City of Miami Beach Parks. and Recreation
Department, will take place on Friday, June 24, 2011, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the North Shore
Park and Youth Center, 501 72 Street.
You are invited to partake in the fun by greeting attendees,. appearing as one of our special M.C.'s
to introduce one of the children's acts, or if you're really courageous, perform with the children in
one of the skits that will be presented during the event. Come out and help us bring the Hawaiian
Islands to our residents with hula dancing, limbo contests, live drummers, fire eating, music, rides
and much more. Mark your calendar and do not miss this night of fun and tropical good times.
