SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative t equest for Proposals (RFP) No. 29 -10/11 for Certain
Advertisement Programs and Advertisement Sales Support Services (the "RFP ").
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the above subject RFP. In
response to the RFP, the City received three (3) proposals, which are being reviewed for
responsiveness to the RFP requirements.
am considering appointing the'following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee for the
above subject RFP:

Chris Holmes, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
• Mariu Emmons, Community Relations /Public Information, Communications
Department
• Rocio Alba, Financial Analysts 111, Parking Department
Leigha Taber, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
Alternate
• Dana Fernety, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
