SUBJECT:- Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 44 -10/11 For the
Operation of Snack Vending Machine Concessions at .various City -Owned Properties
and Facilities (the "RFP").
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the above subject RFP. In
response to the RFP, the City is scheduled to receive proposals to be reviewed for responsiveness
to the 'RFP requirements on.September.7, 2011.
am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee for the
above subject RFP:

• Gary Farmer, Cultural Affairs Program Manager, Tourism ,& Cultural Development
Department.
• .Suzanne Hollander, Leasing Specialist, Office of Real Estate, Housing &
Community Development
• Droma Gringarten, Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
• Chandrell Larkin Miami Beach Senior High Assistant Principal

• Sue Radig, Human Resources. Administrator I and. Humana Liaison.
