SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 32- 10/11,
for Mobile Application Developers for Municipal Parking, Transportation, Parks
and Recreation, Special Events, and other City Services.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the evaluation process
of the above subject RFP.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above subject RFP:

7. Robert Biles, Applications System Manager /IT
