Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 36 -10/11 for
Resident Project Representative Services for Right=of -Way Improvements to
Neighborhood No. 8 Bayshore (Package E) — Sunset Islands I & II
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 36- 10/11, which seeks to establish an agreement with a reputable firm(s)
for resident project representative services for right -of -way improvements to Neighborhood No. 8
Bayshore (Package E) — Sunset Islands I & II.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFQ:
• Mike Alvarez— Infrastructure Division Director, Public Works
Elizabeth Camargo — Capital Improvements Projects Oversight Committee Member
• Maria Hernandez — Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, CIP Office
Elisa Iglesias — Capital Projects Coordinator, CIP Office
• Michael Laas — Resident and Leadership Academy Graduate
I am also considering as an alternate Humberto Cabanas, Capital Projects Coordinator, CIP
Office.
