SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 43- 10/11,
for Parking Meter Collection Services for the City's Parking System
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the evaluation process
of the above subject RFP.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above subject RFP:
1. Eric Ostroff, Transportation and Parking Committee
2. Elsa Urquiza, Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate
3. Gabrielle Redfern, Community Activist
4. Art Noriega, Executive Director /Miami Parking Authoriity
5. Chuck Adams, Assistant Parking Director
Alternates:
Del Fruit, Transportation and Parking Committee
Irene Valines, Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate
