SUBJECT: Sights and Sounds of the Season — FREE Holiday Concert at the New World
Center
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to advise you that pursuant to the City's
Agreement with New World Symphony, the City will be presenting a FREE holiday concert
for Miami Beach residents and City employees on December 17, 2011, entitled Sights and
Sounds of the Season at New World Center.
Tickets will be available to residents, with valid proof of residency, at the New World Center
box office.
Ticket distribution will follow the same guidelines as public benefit agreements with other
City partners, and as such, each of you will receive two (2) tickets to the performance. In
addition, each of your offices will also be provided with 30 tickets to distribute to individuals
or organizations within the community.
The Administration has an allotment of tickets that will be made available for City employees
as well as community organizations.
