As you may be aware, the City has a number of vacancies and /or term expirations on the
Board of Adjustment (BOA), Planning Board. (PB), the. Historic Preservation Board
_ (HPB), and the Design Review. Board (DRB)., The vacant categories of these boards are
indicated hereto:.
. , Board of Adjustment
1 Citizen at- large.
This position is currently held by Mr. Alexander. Annunziato. Mr. Annunziato is eligible forre-
appointment.
2. Certified Public Accountant:
This position is currently held by Mr. Bryan Rosenfeld. Mr. Rosenfeld is eligible. for re-
appointment.
3. Financial Consultation:
This position is currently held by Mr. Lior Leser. Mr. Leser is eligible for re- appointment.
4. General Business.
This position is currently held by Ms. Sherry Roberts. Ms. Roberts is eligible for re-
appointment.
Planning Board
1. One (1) position from the following possible categories:
a: a person with experience in general business
b. , a person with experience in land development practices
c. a person with experience - in .land use issues
This position is currently held- by Mr. Henry Stolar Mr. Stolar is eligible for re- appointment.

Historic Preservation Board
1 .A member of the faculty of a school of architecture in the State of Florida, with academic
expertise in the field of design and historic preservation or the history of architecture, with a
preference for an individual with practical experience in architecture and the preservation of
historic structures.
This position is currently held by Mr. Henry Lares. Mr. Lares is eligible for re- appointment.
2 An architect registered in.the'State of Florida with practical experience in.the rehabilitation
of historic structures.
This position is currently held by Mr. Noberto Rosenstein. Mr. Rosenstein is termed limited
and.is not eligible to be re- appointed.
y 3. One (1). position from the following possible categories:
a. a registered architect
b. a registered landscape architect.
c, a professional designer or professional urban planner with practical experience in
the rehabilitation of historic structures
d. an attorney
e. a licensed engineer, who has professional experience and demonstrated interest in
historic preservation.
This position is currently held by Mr. David Wieder, in the capacity of an Attorney. Mr. Wieder
is eligible for re- appointment.
Design Review Board
1. Registered Architect.
This position is currently held by Mr. Thomas Deluca. Mr. Deluca is termed limited and is not
:eligible to be re- appointed.
2. Citizen at Large
This position is currently held by Ms. Gabrielle Redfern. Ms. Redfern is term limited and is
not eligible to be re- appointed.

a. a Registered Architect
b. a member of the faculty of a school of architecture, urban planning or urban design in
the state, with practical or academic expertise in the field of design,.,planning, historic
preservation or the history of architecture

This position was previously occupied by Mr. Michael Laas, as an Urban'Planner. Mr. Laas
resigned from the Board earlier.this year and the position is still vacant.

This position is currently held by Mr. Jason Hagopian. Mr. Hagopian is eligible for re-
appointment.
5. Registered Landscape Architect.
This position is currently held by Mr. Seraj Saba. Mr. Saba is eligible for re- appointment.
In order to rmaintain quorums, the members of the boards whose terms have expired can be
held over for a period not to exceed 60 days from December 31, 2011. Consequently, the
need for members is very pressing for all of the City's Development Review Boards, as
some will not be able to field quorums after their February meetings if no new appointments
or re- appointments are made.
