This Letter to the Cit� Commission is to invite the Mayor and Members of the City
Commission to the 12 " Annual L.E.O. Awards Black Tie Gala on Saturday, January 21,
2012 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. There will be a Welcome Reception, Dinner
and Dancing, starting at 5:30 p.m. This event is supported by the Miami -Dade County
Association of Chiefs of Police to benefit the Police Officer Assistance Trust and the Police
Memorial Fund.. The Miami Beach Police Department is honored to have the following
personnel nominated for LEO Awards:
• Specialized Services Category Victim Advocate Sarah Poux

• Investigative Services Category: Detective Pena and, Detective Estopinan
