Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 17-11/12 for
Citywide Geotechnical and Laboratory Testing Services on an As-Needed Basis
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 17-11/12, which seeks to establish an agreement with a reputable firm(s)
for geotechnical and laboratory testing services on an as-needed basis.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFQ:
• Michael Alvarez, Infrastructure Division Director, Public Works Department
• Eugene Egemba, Civil Engineer I, Public Works Department
• Stacy Kilroy, Resident and Capital Improvements Project Oversight Committee Member
• Jose Perez— Capital Projects Coordinator, CIP Office
• Daniel Veitia — Resident and Planning Board Member
am also considering Darlene Fernandez, Capital Projects Coordinator, as an alternate.
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by Wednesday, March 7, 2012.
