SUBJECT: Designation of Memorial Day Weekend 2012 as a High Impact Period
Pursuant to Section 46- 92(g)(1)(b) of the Miami Beach City Code, the four (4) day period
beginning at 7:00am on Friday, May 25, 2012 through and including 11 :59 pm on
Monday, May 28, 2012 (Memorial Day Weekend) is hereby designated a High Impact
Period. As such, commercial handbills shall not be distributed in the Art Deco Historic
District during this, High Impact Period in the following
•= Ocean Drive from 6th through 15th Streets;
• Washington Avenue from 6th through 17th Streets;, c
• Collins Avenue from 6 through 17 Streets; or ;
• on any portion of Lincoln Road.
