SUBJECT: Sleepless Night Cancellation
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to inform you of the cancellation of this
year's Sleepless Night due to the inability to raise the private funding necessary to
produce the event. We feel it is irresponsible to proceed without a committed corporate
name sponsor. Considering the extreme difficulty of raising funds each year, the
Administration is analyzing the event to determine if it should be discontinued
permanently.
