Committee Presentations
This memo is to inform the Commission that videos of the Evaluation Committee
sessions for the Lincoln Lane Development RFP (14-11/12) and the Miami Beach
Convention Center Development RFQ (22-11/12) are now available to view online on the
City's website.
On the Home page, you will see "Redevelopment Projects in Progress" in the "Other
News" box at the center of the page. Click on either "Miami Beach Convention Center'
or "Lincoln Lane" and you will be taken to associated web pages where the videos will
be available for viewing.

The Evaluation Committee for the Lincoln Lane RFP was held on May 11, 2012.
Presentations were heard from four(4) Proposers, and at the end of deliberations, the
Committee ranked the Proposers as follows:
1. Team Nolli
2. Lincoln Square, LLC
3. Lanestar, LLC
4. Lincoln Road Development, LLC
The Evaluation Committee for the Convention Center RFQ was held on June 4 and 5,
2012 at the convention center. Presentations were heard from seven (7) Proposers.
After deliberations, the Committee ranked the Proposers as follows:
1. Portman CMC
2. South Beach ACE
3. Turnberry Lincoln Village, LLC
4. SoBeCa, LLC
5. CConnectMB
6. Rida Development Corporation
7. Flagstone Property Group
