The Purpose Of Conducting And Documenting A Detailed Facilities Condition
Assessment Of Various Buildings/Assets Owned By The City Of Miami Beach, And To
Develop A Schedule For Assets And Equipment Replacement Within The
Buildings/Assets To Include Current And Projected Future Replacement Costs
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 56-11/12, for the above project.
