The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to invite you to attend and participate, in the
upcoming Bingo Night event for our Miami Beach seniors. This event, hosted bythe Cityof Miami
Beach and the Miami Beach Convention Center managed by Global Spectrum, will take place on
Tuesday, May 21, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Convention Center, Hall D Ballroom.

You are invited to join in the fun and take part in the event by being a "special guest" announcer
calling out the numbers for the bingo game. In addition, you can meet and mingle with the

participants and even assist the Miami Beach Teen Club serve food and refreshments.
Events like these are offered throughout the year for our senior residents and help bring together
the Miami Beach community for evenings of fun and entertainment.
