SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to equestfor Proposals (RFP) No. 064 -2013, for Audit
Services of Capital Improvement ojects
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for Proposals
(RFP) No. 064 -2013, which seeks to select a firm to audit the construction projects administered by
the City's Capital Improvement Projects Office, and other City departments.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
Peter Savineau, Accountant, Resident and Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate.
• Lea Reich, Accountant, Resident and Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate.
• Max Berney, Architect, Resident and Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate.
• Reyna Tamayo, Accountant, Resident and Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate.
• Allison Williams, Chief Accountant, City of Miami Beach Finance Department.
• Laura Franco - Rubines, Assistant Internal Auditor, City of Miami Beach OBPI /Internal Audit.
• Maria Cerna, Senior Capital Project Coordinator, City of Miami Beach CIP.
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Douglas Seaman, Assistant City Engineer, City of Miami Beach Public Works.
• Christi Cvijanovic, Architect, Resident and Neighborhood Leadership Academy Graduate.
Please be reminded that the RFP is subject to the Cone of Silence and any comments or
recommendations must be made in writing with a copy to the City Clerk.
I would appreciate your comments or suggestions by Friday, May 10, 2013.
