SUBJECT: PROPOSED FY 2013/14 — 2017/18 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND
FY 2013/14 CAPITAL BUDGET
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to distribute the Proposed FY 2013/14 —
2017/18 Capital Improvement Plan and FY 2013/14 Capital Budget document.
Normally, we would distribute the Proposed FY 2013/14 Work Plan and Budget
document simultaneously, but that document will not be ready for a few more days.
By distributing the CIP document at this time, my hope is that there will be additional
opportunity for review in advance of the Commission Meeting and First. Public Hearing
on the Budget scheduled for September 11, 2013.
