The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to distribute the Proposed FY 2013/14 Work
Plan and Budget document.
The Proposed FY 2013/14 — 2017/18 Capital Improvement Plan and FY 2013/14 Capital
Budget was distributed via LTC on September 4, 2013.
The first public hearing on the Budget is scheduled for September 11, 2013 and the
second public hearing is scheduled on September 30, 2013.
