The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to provide the anticipated timelines of
construction activities in various City of Miami Beach neighborhood improvement
projects.
The Map shows the neighborhood projects that are currently in construction as well as
the projects that are anticipated to begin construction during the next four years.
