SUBJECT: Tennis Advisory Committee Motio
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to inform you that the Tennis Advisory Committee
passed a motion at their September 9, 2013 meeting.
Input from the Tennis Advisory Committee regarding the Tennis RFP and Evaluation
Committee recommendation.
The Tennis Advisory committee discussed their role in the Tennis RFP process and as such, the
following motion was proposed:
MOTION: The Tennis Advisory Committee would like to advise the City Commission
that they believe that the RFP process was open and fair. The Committee also believes
that the RFP was a proper document, they believe in the document and they helped
create the document and as such, recommend that the findings of the Evaluation
Committee supported by the City Manager be adopted.
Members Present: David Berger, Gayle Durham, Dolores Hirsh, Carrie Johnson, Tegan Eve,
Jeffrey Forster and Stefan H. Zachar Jr.
