The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals
(RFP) No. 305- 2013TC, which seeks to establish an agreement with reputable design and
construction firms for the provision of design /build services for the Right -of -Way Infrastructure
Improvement Program No. 8B — Lower North Bay Road.
