On September 11, 2013, the City approved the issuance of the subject RFP for an electronic
agenda system. The RFP presented to commission inadvertently omitted evaluation criteria
points for the scope of services offered by proposers. Accordingly, the evaluation criteria
established in the subject RFP has been amended as follows:
